RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If you are not happy with your purchase, we will happily exchange or refund the items within 21 days of delivery. Please make sure that your order is shipping to a secure location, as once a package has been delivered we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages.
All returns must be authorized before shipping back to us. Some items purchased under a promotion may be final sale and will not be eligible for return. All returned merchandise must be received by Bliss-On in its original condition, unworn and with all tags and liners attached. Returns that are damaged or altered will not be accepted.
Final Sale items are not eligible for return.
