Orders may be delayed due to item availability or credit card verification issues. All estimated order processing times are in business days (not including weekends or holidays). Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing, plus an additional 1-2 business days during promotional periods of high order volume.

Please note that it may take up to 48 hours after the package leaves our warehouse for the tracking information to appear in the carrier's tracking system. To track your order, please click the link included in your shipment confirmation email. We will contact you via email if there are any issues with your order.

 

Cancelling an Order or Changing a Shipping Address

Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel orders, edit the contents of orders, or change shipping addresses once orders have been placed.
